Danielle Grace Occupational Therapy provides Occupational Therapy services for adult NDIS participants on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.

Our aim is to use evidence-based practice to support participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

Occupational Therapy services are available in participants own home or via telehealth.

  • Functional Capacity Assessments

    NDIS plan review reports, supported independent living (SIL), independent living options (ILO) & supported disability accommodation (SDA) assessments

  • Equipment Prescription

    Wheelchairs, pressure cushions, hoists, commodes, beds & daily living aids

  • Supporting Deaf and Hard of Hearing Participants

    Auslan available

  • Home Modifications (Minor and Complex)

    Rails, ramps, bathrooms, kitchens, pool hoists & ceiling hoists

  • Capacity Building for Activities of Daily Living (ADL)

    Building independence with daily activities, such as self care tasks, domestic tasks, community access and leisure activities

  • Upper Limb Therapy

    Upper limb therapy for post-stroke and neurological conditions

About

Danielle completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) with first class honours at the University of Sydney in 2011 and received the Deans Scholar Award for dux of the degree. She has over 10 years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the disability and neurological field within Australia and the United Kingdom.

Danielle has been working in the NDIS space since it’s rollout on the Gold Coast in 2018 and is passionate about supporting participants to achieve their goals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
